Summer can be a rather hot and humid time to visit the Caribbean, making it a less attractive choice for some cruisers as well. The months between January and May happen to be an ideal time to check out the Caribbean cruises, especially if you want to escape the snow and cold of your home environment. Beware, however, if you sail during spring break you may find yourself sharing a ship with an extra large number of kids, teens and college students!
